Control Pad Behavior does not go "inactive" on the desktop [BUG]

There is a bug we are currently fixing where:
If you try to set the controll pad inactive it will still show up when the project is played on a desktop. If you want to stop the player in the meantime you can do this:
Do: Player - Control pad - speed - set to "0"
Do: Player - Position - set position - (select coordinates) : player will be stuck at that position

    I noticed too that if you turn control pad off while moving, and turn it back on with out any keys held down. The control pad will still move in the direction you were going when it was turned off. I had to fix this by cloning a new object with the control pad behavior to use.
